摘要 本文从消费者个体心理因素与顾客感知服务质量之间关系的角度入手,分析了几种主要心理因素及其对顾客感知服务质量影响的途径和影响力。为服务企业引导和调节具体消费者在特定环境下的心理因素提供了理论依据。
