我国职业教育发展的体系和结构亟待调整

Urgent need to readjust the system and structure in the development of China's vocational education

根据我国高职目前快速发展的状况,就今后高职持续、健康的发展提出五点建议:(1)高职本科教育要疏通;(2)高职的生源要理顺;(3)要调整民办高职院校的专业结构;(4)高职高专要加强专职教师队伍的建设;(5)省以下城市规划要重视对高职高专院校的规划。

On the basis of the rapid development today and the sustainable and healthy development tomorrow in China's senior vocational education,five suggestions are put forward in this paper. They are: 1)to mediate between vocational education and undergraduate program;2)to straighten out 3)to adjust the specialty structure in private senior vocational colleges;4)to do a better job in teaching staff building among vocational and technical colleges and schools; 5) to pay attention to the planning of senior vocational education and technical education in median-sized cities.
