摘要 教育是一个国家、民族的百年大计。作者在对学生进行传、帮、带,近距离、共事式的实训教学中,感悟到因才施教(即对学生的个性化教育和引导)的重要性与合理性。而因才施教的关键在于对每一位学生的客观认知和公平评价,这种客观评价首先来自学校、教师非概念化的教育理念和评价体系。唯其如此,教书育人、人文教育等在我国才能走上良性循环的轨道,才能培养出真才实学的有用之才。 Education is a project of vital and lasting importance for a country or a nation. In the process of practical training teaching which is in the form of short distant imparting, instructing, guiding and working together, the writer comes to realize the importance and rationality of suiting the instruction to the strudent' s level (individualiz ededucation and guidance), the key of which lies in the fact that the objective recognization and impartial evaluation should first come from school, for teacher is not a conceptualized idea of education,or evaluating system. Only in this way can humanity education in china go into a virtuous circle,can we cultivate talents with real abilities.
