摘要
正确理解刑法中"从事公务"的含义是我们界定贪污、贿赂等罪与非罪的关键,本文拟对此概念作一探讨,以期能对司法实践提供一些帮助。
The present paper points out that the correct understanding of the meaning of'engaging in official business'in criminal law is the key to distinguishing the crimes such as corruption,bribery and so on from non-crimes.It is hoped that the discussion about the concept will be of some help to the judicial practice.
