网络时代,人们要求图书馆能够不受时空限制地向读者提供全方位信息服务.对图书馆来说,其网络服务的水平和质量也就决定了其自身的生存与发展.面对这一挑战,图书馆只有不断提高工作人员的素质,拓宽服务项目,进行必要的读者培训和知识导航,才能适应新时代的要求.

In the era of Internet, people request the library to provide omni-directional information services without the limitation of space and time. On the other hand, the network service level and quality of the university libraries also determine their survival and development. To face this challenge, the libraries have to improve their employees'quality, broaden their service items and give necessary training and knowledge navigation to meet the requirements of the new time.
