本文通过对大学生主要心理特点的分析,结合高校实际,提出体育教学应结合大学生体育活动的心理状态,灵活的、有针对性的安排教学内客和教学手段,从而达到提高教学质量,培养健全人材之目的.

Based on the analysis of the main psychological characteristics of undergraduates and the reality of colleges and universities, the paper raised an idea that in order to improve physical education teaching and train qualified personnel sound in both mind and body, physical education should take into consideration undergraduates psychology in sports activities and apply corresponding flexible teaching content and measures.
