用低场强自重介质跳汰机制取海绵铁原料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用新型的低场强自重介质跳汰机 ,按再磨—自重介质跳汰—脱硫浮选和再磨—脱硫浮选—自重介质跳汰 2种选矿工艺流程 ,对程潮铁精矿进行了制取海绵铁原料的小型试验。结果表明 ,低场强自重介质跳汰机有明显的提质降杂作用 ,在给矿铁品位为 6 5 5 2 %、含硫 0 4 2 5 %的情况下 ,第 1种流程可获得铁品位 6 9 91%、回收率 88 5 8%的合格海绵铁原料 ,硫降至 0 0 10 %。 A new type low magnetic intensity autogenous heavy media jig was used in two beneficiation flowsheets consisting respectively of regrinding-autogenous heavy media jigging-desulphurating flotation and of regrinding-desulphurating flotation-autogenous heavy media jigging in the lab tests of preparing raw material for sponge iron from Chengchao iron concentrate. The results show that low magnetic intensity autogenous heavy media jig functions evidently in improving the quality and reducing the impurities. From a feed containing 65.52% iron and 0.425% sulphur, the first flowsheet obtained a qualified raw meterial for sponge iron that had an iron grade of 69.91%, an iron recovery of 88.58% and a reduced sulphur content of 0.010%.
