摘要
把使用阶段的结构作为受力计算对象是目前空间结构设计的常规做法,结果使得结构的最终内力、变位等与施工方法及其施工过程无关,这不符合工程实际,而传统的有限元法并没有提供能解决该问题的相应公式.提出的施工阶段内力与变位叠加法,对传统有限元法作了改进,使计算结果符合空间结构施工的实际工况,同时该计算方法还能全过程跟踪分析结构在施工各阶段以及施工完毕时的内力、节点变位和支座反力.以一座采用移动支架法施工的柱面网壳为例,用该方法计算并通过数据比较说明了常规设计方法误差存在的程度和原因,指出了空间结构设计考虑施工方法及其过程的重要性.
It was incorrect to take a practical space grid structures as the model for mechanics analysis, although this method was popularly used for design at present, because the structural internal forces and displacements at the end of construction do not relate to the construction method as well as the process, Classical finite element method do not come up with an analysis method and formula to solve this problem. An analysis method, the construction process internal forces and displacements superimposed analysis method, which improves the classical finite element method and considers the construction method and process, was proposed as a construction analysis method for space grid structures. The member internal forces, joint displacements and restraint forces of the space grid structures in every stage of construction can be calculated by this analysis method. By means of this analysis method, the calculation results of a barrel vault erected by slide construction method are more accurate than those by the popular analysis method.
