The technique and equipment of fresh water fish paste processing

通过对现有鱼糜生产工艺和设备的分析指出 ,以部分进口关键设备为主、辅之以部分国内配套设备 ,完全可以生产出合格的淡水鱼糜 ;

The industrial equipment of the fish's deep and refined processing in our country were analyzed.Some existing problems in breeding deep and refined processing of fresh fish were proposed. Which indicate that the technique and equipment of fish's deep and refined should be developed largely. Based on the analysis of existing technique and equipment, we think that using of some imported key equipments and some domestic suited equipment can produce a high quality fresh water fish minced meat. At last, we propose some noticeable and key problems in the processing of fresh water fish paste.
