随着新型干法水泥技术的不断创新和技术成熟,加上巨大的市场空间、投资主体到位和政府从宏观导向、技术政策等方面的有力支持,中国新型干法水泥正以其出乎人们预料的惊人速度,超常规、挺进式、挑战性地迅猛发展。作为占世界水泥近40％的水泥生产大国——中国应该走向世界,在全球水泥工业发展中做出更大的贡献。为此,我们要做到“三个立足”和“三个不能满足”,推动水泥工业新发展,使水泥工业由一个消耗性产业变为利废、环保、节能与生态性产业。
Because of the continuous innovation and technical optimization in precalcining process, great market space, establishment of the definite investors as well as the strong support from state government in macro guide and technical policy, precalcining cement enterprises in China are developing in a flourishing speed out of ordinary estimation. Being a master cement producer who produce approximately 40% of the global output, China should make more contributions to world's development in cement industry. We should insist 'three depending on' and 'three not rest on', turning cement industry from a consumptive industry into an ecological industry favorable to wastes utilization, environment protection and energy saving.
