The technology and equipment of hot filling for bottled acidic beverage with self heal,chrysanthemum and mulberry were intrduced.By the means of heating,acidification,ultrafiltration,the problem of later cloudy and deposition was solved,microorganism was sterilized furthest when filling with hot liquid.
