摘要
为了对旋转机械如智能旋翼进行测量和控制,必须将多路被测参数从转子传输到固定部分,同样地要将多路控制信号和电源从固定部分传输到转子。提出采用非接触信号传输的方法进行多路信号和功率的传输,研究了信号耦合通道特性对信号传输性能的影响,并提出改善传输通道性能的措施。利用该传输通道,建立了一套用于智能旋翼和其它旋转机械的模型试验系统,进行了在旋翼静止和旋转状态下的动态信号传输试验,证明该传输通道传输信号可靠、抗干扰强、误差小。
To achieve measurement as well as control of a rotary machine, such as a smart rotor system, multiple measured signals should be transmitted from the rotor to the stator,similarly,the control signals and power supplies should be synchronously sent in reverse directions.A signal and power transmission method employing a noncontact magnetoelectric coupling channel is present for the above purpose.The influence of the transfer features of the channel on the signal transmission performances is investigated,approaches are put forward to inprove the signal transmission performance. A platform containing the improved channel is set up for model tests of smart rotors and other rotary machines, on which dynamic signal transmission experiments are carried out in two cases while the rotor is rotated and not. The experiments show that the signal transmitted by the noncontact transmission channel is reliable, capable for antiinterfering and yields few errors.
