The Comparative Analysis on Rubbish's Classification and Treatments in Our Country and Japan

从我国与日本垃圾分类及处理的比较入手,作了垃圾收集状况、居民的垃圾分类意识、垃圾处理等三个主要方面的系统分析,并在此基础上提出了推行垃圾分类收集及处理的对策,着重强调要形成包括"规范的垃圾分类和畅通的回收渠道"在内的垃圾回收体系。

This article compares to classification and treatments of rubbish in our country and in Japan. It systematicaly analyses them in three main respects, such as the state of rubbish collection, residents' rubbish categorised consciousness, rubbish treatments, etc. On this basis, it has proposed the countermeasures how to categorise collection and treatments of the rubbish. The author emphases on forming the rubbish's retrieve system including'the normal rubbish classification and the unblocked recovery channel'.
