摘要
农村初中的数学教研工作,要打破单一的模式,可采取的方法有:开展形式多样的课型;人人参与课题研究;开设多元化讲座;积极参加学习培训。
The mathematics teaching and research work in rural junior middle schools should not take the single mode. There are several alternatives to be taken: launching various informative class types; widely participating in subject study; offering pluralistic lectures; actively participating in training.
