论民间组织在村庄治理中的参与及后果——对浙江省先锋村村治过程的初步分析

On the Participation in Village Governance by the Folk Organization and its Consequences——An initial analysis of the procedure of village governance in Xianfeng village in Zhejiang province

村治是各权力主体在村庄内部交互作用的过程。自 1 980年以来 ,随着社会经济的分化 ,各种民间组织重新兴起 ,并在村民自治的背景下成为村治中的重要力量。民间组织对村治的参与 ,一方面提升着村庄治理的民主化程度 ,另一方面又可能导致村级组织权威的衰落 ,给乡村社会带来不稳定。因此 ,重建村级组织权威 ,实现民间组织的制度化参与 。

Village governance is a procedure of interaction among all subjects of power in the village. Since 1980s, with the disintegration of social economy, various folk organization have been in the remaking and become the significant power of village governance on the background of village self-governance. The village governance by the folk organization may promote the extent of democratization in village governance on the one hand, and on the other hand leads to the declination of the authority of the village-level organization, thus bringing the instability to the rural society. Therefore, it is undoubtedly of significance to the stability and development of rural society to rebuild the authority of the village-level organization and to realize the systematic participation in village governance by the folk organization.
