怀化地区PRED系统发展的现状研究

Research on Present States of the Development of PRED System in Huaihua Region

应用灰色关联度及其主要成分分析对怀化地区PRED系统的现状进行了研究 ,结果表明 :1)怀化地区PRED系统相对比较简单 ,4个子系统联系较为松弛 ,控制该地区PRED系统发展的主要指标是国内生产总值及其平均人口数 ;2 )在怀化地区PRED的 4个子系统中 ,经济子系统相对突出 ,环境与资源子系统处于次要的地位 ,该地区的经济发展一直依赖于第二产业 (工业 )

The article studies the present states of the development of PRED system in Huaihua region by means of gray incidence analysis and primary element analysis. It shows∶1) PRED system is relatively brief in Huaihua region in which the four systems are comparatively flabby. The key index that the PRED system in region is controlled is the GDP and the mean of the population.2) Economic subsystem is relatively outstanding and environment and resource substystem are placed in the next important position among the four subsystems. Economic development has depended on the development of the second property(industry).
