On the Theory Systems of Comparative Informatics

The generation background of comparative informatics is descri-bed and the status quo of its research in china and foreige countries areanalysed in this paper. Based on this, the author thinks that comparativeinformatics is a branch of information science, which comparativelyresearches the contradictions of information theory and Practice in theirstatus quo, laws and development trends for different times or spaces. Theresearch range, principles and methodology of comparative imformaticsare also studied.
