摘要
创业企业中存在着两种企业家资源:创业企业家和创业投资家。本文对这两种企业家资源的特性进行分析,探讨创业投资契约的控制权安排对企业家成长的作用,认为创业投资是一种企业家生成机制。
There are two kinds of entrepreneurs in venture firms:the venture entrepreneur and the venture capitalist.In this article,we analyze the character of these two entrepreneur resources,and discuss how the arrangement of control rights between the venture entrepreneur and the venture capitalist affects the growth of the venture entrepreneur.
