出租汽车发展规划研究

出租汽车是公共交通的重要组成部分,是大容量公共交通方式的必要补充,是方便乘客出行和满足不同消费需求的重要交通方式。本文主要阐述了出租汽车发展规划的一些基本原则及发展规划中应注意的几个问题,提出科学合理的规划,必须根据本地区经济发展水平、人口、城市发展特色、道路等相关因素,同时必须对出租汽车客运市场作充分的调查,确定一个科学合理的出租汽车满载率,以此作为规划的依据和基础,作好出租汽车的发展规划。

Taxi is an important part of urban public transport system and a necessary supplement to High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV),provides an important transport means to make passengers convenient and meet different demands.The paper describes some basic rules and problems underlined in the taxi development planning,and presents that a scientific and reasonable planning must be based on relevant factors like local economy development level,population,urban development features,road conditions and so on.At the same time,it is necessary to make a comprehensive investigation of taxi market to define an appropriate loading rate,serving as the basis of taxi development planning.
