建设良好的网络学习环境是开放教育顺利进行的前提和基础。根据课题组的调研,可以初步得出结论:即应从建设适应网络学习的硬件平台、远程教学平台、资源库和人文环境入手,为开放教育学生顺利完成学业创造良好的"网络学习环境"。

To build network study environment well is the premise and the foundation of the open education in progress smoothly.According to the servey and study of subject group,we can come to a tentative conclusion,namely from beginning with building hardware platform to suit netword study,distance teaching platform,resources store-house and humanity environment to create a good'network study environment'for open education students to finish their studies without a hitch.
