电大开放教育要转变传统教育观念,以学生和学习为中心;要采用现代信息技术手段,完善对学生学习的支持服务体系和教学质量保障体系,进而真正推动电大开放教育的发展。

If we want to transfer the traditional concepts of the Open-education thoroughly,we should have to focus on the studying and students,use all kinds of teaching methods and studying measures,especially use modern information technology means.We must make the supporting services for the students studying and the guarantee system of teaching quality more perfect.We can further push the development of TVU Open-education.
