论社会保障制度的主要问题及对策

On Major Problems and Countermeasures of the Society Guarrantee System

近年来,我国社会保障制度改革取得了重大进展,社会保障体系框架基本形成,但现行社会保障制度中还存在许多问题,制约了我国经济的发展。在加入WTO的背景下,应进一步完善我国的社会保障制度。

We has gained the great progress in the reformation and formed the fram of our society guarrantee system in recent years.But there still exist many problems in the current society guarrantee system,which have restricted the development of our country's economy.So the society guarrantee system of our country should be perfected further under the circumstance of joining WTO.
