关于高职高专“双师素质”师资队伍建设的探讨

Discuss on Training of the Teachers in Higher Professional Education

高职高专教育在我国发展迅速,其培养目标决定了师资队伍须具有双师素质。本文论述了加强“双师素质”教师队伍建设的三种方式:招聘兼职教师、通过“产学研合作”的方式培养教师、定向培养教师;并且提出了保障“双师素质”教师队伍建设的三种措施:创造机会保障、激励措施、约束措施。

With speedy development of Higher Professional Education in China, the qualities of the teachers in this field are defined by “having qualifications both of teachers and of engineers”. This article discussed the three ways to enhance the above two teachers qualifications: part-time teachers employing, teachers training by the mean of “Cooperative Education”, directive teacher trainings. Three implements are also raised in order to guarantee the trainings, they are :environments rebating, simulating measures and controlling policies. The article will be a realistic instruction for higher professional teachers training.
