This article reviewed the 25 years history of Huangshi education training school’ s construction. From the combination of theory and practice,it explicated this school’s station in basic teaching affairs . To output the school’ s special effect furtherly, it also suggested we should think about the training of teacher’s major knowledge and headmaster’s professional quality.
