A headteacher's work of management is the foundation of managing students.Therefore,the headteacher's consciousness of management plays a key role in effective class-managing.Nowadays for the purpose of effective class-managing,headteachers are required to establish the consciousness of masters,to strengthen the consciousness of emotions,to intensify the consciousness of legal system,to reflect the consciousness of democracy and equality,and to have the consciousness of opening-up as well as bringing forth new ideas.
