《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》在备受社会各界广泛关注下于 2 0 0 2年 12月 2 8日九届人大常委会第 31次会议通过。该法对民办教育争论多年的能否营利、投资人回报、合法权益保护等问题给予了明确界定。文章从民办教育核心、类型、主体、权益保护、扶持等六个方面予以论述。

On Dec 28th.2002,at the 31st Conference of the Ninth National Congress,“Law of Non-governmental Education Promotion”has been passed under wide-ranging concern by social personages of various circles.The law has given out clear explanation of seeking profits or not,investor's reward,lawful rights and intererests protection which has been argued about for many years.This article will discuss if from six aspects such as nongovernmental education core,type,protection of rights and interests,support and so on.
