摘要
教育工作必须抓紧创新教育的研究和实践 ,在开展创新教育的过程中 ,根据中小学生创新才能的发展特征 ,科学地培养他们的创新意识、创新能力和创新意志。
The research and practice on the innovating education must be intensified in educational work.And in the process of innovating education,educators should scientifically help to cultivate students'consciousness for innovation,competence for innovation as well as their will for innovation,according to the developing characteristic of students' innovating abilities.
