Guilin's economy is an economic system with diverse forms of ownership. In the system the non Public sectors play a significant role. Both the Public sector and the non public one can complement and stimulate one another. Under the guidance of the spirit of the 16th National Party Congress, we must emancipate our minds, optimize the environment for investment, and strengthen the management and service so that Guilin's non public sectors of the economy will develop by leaps and bounds.
