摘要
中温窑变釉是现代氧化气氛中烧制的绿色、环保、低碳、颜色艳丽的新型陶瓷色釉,它以黑色或棕褐色为底釉,再分别施4~5层颜色釉,在一定高温下色彩经过相互熔融,产生神奇的窑变效果。由于窑变温度难以控制,高温下坯体与釉色在烧制过程中会出现系列工艺缺陷问题。笔者旨在探寻烧成出现缺陷的现象、成因以及解决办法,力求提高产品成品率,最大限度地减少能源损耗。
Medium-temperature furnace transmutation,produced in the atmosphere of modern oxidation,is a new kind of glazing color,which features environmental protection,low-carbon,and bright colors.Four or five levels of glazes will be colored step by step with the black or dark brown as base.Under a certain temperature,the colors will be mixed with each other,creating an amazing result.However,the temperature is difficult to control,so there exist some problems,such as crack in body,cut glaze,out of shape and so on.This article is aimed to do research on the causes and try to find out the so-lutions with the purpose of improving the success and reducing the cost to the greatest extent.
