摘要
通过对规格为Φ320mm的TC11钛合金大规格棒材锻造工艺研究,并与规格为Φ280mm的TC11钛合金大规格棒材横截面上中心、1/2R、边部各点横纵向金相组织、力学性能等对比分析,得到力学性能和组织状态完全满足标准及使用要求的TC11钛合金Φ320mm大规格棒材。
The article researched forging processes of Φ320mm big size TC11 titanium alloy bars,summarized the difference of metallographic structure,mechanical property of the detection level on the center,1/2R and edge part of the alloy bar cross section.The results showed that chovsng reasonable forging processes can obtain Φ320mm big size TC11 titanium alloy bars with good mechanical properties and microstructure uniformity,which can meet with the seandard and operating requirenell.
