摘要
应用金相检验、扫描电镜以及能谱分析等手段对镍基合金板材Inconel 600热轧表面起皮进行了分析,并对可能引起热轧镍基合金板材Inconel 600表面起皮的工艺进行了分析。分析表明:热轧板镍基合金板材Inconel 600表面起皮缺陷皮下成分主要由金属氧化物构成,根据起皮缺陷皮处的能谱分析结果、坯料表面情况及轧制过程可以判断引起热轧板表面起皮缺陷的原因主要有表面氧化物的轧入、铸坯表面或边部开裂等,详细讨论了热轧镍基合金板材Inconel 600表面起皮缺陷产生的原因。
Surface upwarp defects in the hot rolled plates of nickel alloy Inconel 600 are investigated by means of optical microscope(OM), scan electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), also analyzed the process of which may lead to surface upwarp defects in the hot-rolled plates of nickel alloy Inconel 600. It is concluded that under the surface upwarping defects are constituted mainly by metal oxide. Accordind to EDS results, blank surface conditions and rolling process, it can be concluded that surface upwarp defects in the hot rolled plates of nickel alloy Inconel 600 including rolled into the surface oxide , crack in casting blank and so on. The causes of surface upwarping defects in the hot rolled plates of nickel alloy Inconel 600 are discussed in detail.
