摘要
通过两种方案试制Φ350 mm Ti-1023合金棒材,分析了两种方案生产的棒材横、纵向组织、力学性能和探伤结果的差异。结果表明:铸锭开坯及中间锻造采用一次"高低高",成品锻造相变温度以下35~50℃进行,变形量大于60%的锻造工艺,可生产出满足X/BS5116标准性能要求的棒材,且棒材的组织均匀性好。
Through trial-manufacturing the Φ350 mm bars of Ti-1023 by two solutions,the paper analyses the discrepancy of the microstructure in transverse and longitudinal,the mechanical properties and ultraonic test results of the bars produced by these two solutions.The results show one-time'high-low-high'is adopteed in ingots breakdown and intermediate forging.Forging temperatwe of finisheel products is below the tronsition temperatore 30~50℃ and the distortion is moroe than 60%.This kind of bars can meet the X/BS5116 standard mrcharical properties and has good homogeneity of stucture.
