摘要
本文打破了常规的钛合金铸锭生产工艺,采用7,000t油压机和混料器添加TC4块状返回炉料生产TC4铸锭,完成了Ф710/720mm规格铸锭的试制工作,研究了钛合金返回炉料的加入方式、添加比例及粒度,电极制备以及熔炼工艺参数等对钛合金化学成份及均匀性的影响。结果表明:块状返回炉料添加粒度控制在40mm以内适宜,添加比例20%是可行的。
In this paper,Ф710/720 mm TC4 ingot with TC4 blocky scraps was produced. 7000t oil press and material mixer were introduced,breaking up the traditional manufacture technology of titanium alloy ingot. The influence of the additive ways,proportion and granularity of titanium alloy scraps,electrode preparation,parameters of melting on the ingredient and uniformity of the ingot were studyed. The results show that the optimal granularity is in 40 mm,and the additive proportion of 20 percent is feasible.
