摘要
为满足钛铸件法兰根部100%X射线检测需要,本文借鉴压力容器环焊缝的检测方法,通过利用有关射线透照的几何关系公式,推导出了X射线外照法检测法兰根部时内外有效长度的计算方法,并对法兰根部内外壁进行了划线。试验结果表明:该方法简便可行,准确度较高,能达到良好的检测效果。
To meet the need of 100% X-ray test on flange root of titanium castings,this article developed the calculation method on internal and external effective length while test the root part of flange with X ray external radiating method and lined the internal and external wall on root of the flange.Test results show:This method is simple,convenient and feasible.The accuracy is comparatively high,and it can reach good test effect.
