In order to fill the blank of titanium and titanium alloy returned blocks being not used in the important use of titanium production in our country,the paper analyes and summarizes the problems and shortcomings in titanium recycling and untilization.The advanced recycling technoloy and concept abroad should be learned.Finally the paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the titanium and titanium alloy returned blocks in the important use of titanium production.
