摘要
分析了纯钛压杆在两种不同情况下的断口形貌特征以及受力情况。结果表明,在压杆完好的情况下,受到垂直向下压力作用时,压杆发生断裂,属于疲劳断裂中的韧性断裂;当受到相同压力作用时,压杆发生的断裂属于脆性断裂。同时通过分析增加压杆壁厚可以提高其疲劳寿命。
Analysis is on appearance characteristics and stress of pure titanium struts in two diffenent situations.The result indicates that it is ductile fracture when struts receive a vertical-down press and fracture.It is brittle fracture when struts receive the same press.Fatigue life can be improved by increasing wall thickness of struts.
