摘要
为满足钛及钛合金管材人工标准伤的刻制要求,试验建立了高精度人工槽伤刻制系统。通过相关方法试验,确定了相关工艺参数。该系统可以电火花方式进行钛及钛合金管材内、外表面及板材、棒材等对比试样的加工制作,完成纵向、横向和斜向不同方向的标准伤加工。试验结果表明:研制系统伤型加工精度高,误差小,加工效率高。
To meet cutting requirement of man-made standard notch for titanium and titanium alloy tube,this test establishes cutting system for man-made notch of high accuracy.The corresponding technology parameters were confirmed through the tests by the corresponding methods.This system can perform processing and facture on reference sample of the inside and outside surface of tube,plate and bar for titanium and titanium alloy by the mode of electric spark,and complete processing on standard notch for the different direction of longitudinal,transverse and oblique.The test results show:notch type for the research system has high process accuracy,small error and high processing efficiency.
