摘要
针对PTA行业TA1/Q345R容器液压试验过程中出现泄漏的情况,分析了此类设备的制造难点,针对此类容器压力试验时的泄漏问题,从设计、工艺、结构、材料等方面进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施和对策。
Based on leakage of TA1/Q345R container in PTA industry appeared during the process of the hydraulic test, the paper analyzed the equipment manufacturing difficulties. In view of this kind of container pressure test of leakage problem, it put forward the corresponding measures and countermeasures after analysing from design, process, structure and material.
