摘要
本文主要研究了多模连续冷拉航空、航天紧固件用Ti-6Al-4V钛合金丝材与传统温拉工艺生产的丝材的组织和性能。结果表明:采用新工艺生产出的丝材具有强度高、效率高等特点,其机械性能远远高于采用传统工艺生产的同规格丝材。从金相照片中可看出,新工艺生产的丝材其内部组织更加均匀细小,而传统工艺生产的丝材其内部的晶粒较大。
This paper studies on the microstiucture and properties of Ti-6Al-4V wires used in aerospace fasteners which were produced by multi-mode continuous cold drawing and traditional warm tensile. The results show that multi-mode continuous cold drawing processed wires have high strength,high effiency and much better mechcnical performance than the same size wires produced by traditional warm tensile. From the metallograhic photos,we can see that mircrostructure of wires produced by multi-mode cold drawing is fine and homogeneous,and the mircrostructure of wires produced by tranditional method is coarse.
