摘要
本文主要研究了冷轧钛带卷真空热处理工艺过程及钛带卷热处理时产生粘结现象的原因,着重分析了带卷真空退火时升温方式、卷曲张力、退火时间和温度、带材表面粗糙度对粘结的影响以及解决粘结问题的办法,为钛带的工业化生产提供技术支持。
This paper mainly studies the vacuum heat treatment process of cold-rolled titanium coil and the cause of bonding defect during the heat treatment. In order to provide technical support for the industrial production of titanium coils,the influence of heating modes,coiling tension,annealing time,temperature and the surface roughness of coils during vacuum annealing on bonding defects and the way to solve the bonding problem were investigated.
