热加工方式对Ti-3Al-0.5Mo-0.5Ni-0.5Zr丝材组织及力学性能的影响

摘要 本文研究对比横列式轧机与连轧机组轧制的Ti-3Al-0.5Mo-0.5Ni-0.5Zr丝坯的组织和经相同工艺加工后的成品丝材的力学性能。结果表明:经连轧机组轧制的Ti-3Al-0.5Mo-0.5Ni-0.5Zr丝材的晶粒细化程度和综合力学性能均优于经横列式轧机轧制的产品,且力学性能稳定并完全满足标准要求(R m≥635 MPa,Rp0.2≥490 MPa)。 This paper studied and compared the microstructures of Ti-3Al-0.5Mo-0.5Ni-0.5Zr wire rods rolled by open-train mill and continuous rolling mill and the mechanical properties of the wire products under the same process.The results show that the grain size and over-all mechanical properties of Ti-3Al-0.5Mo-0.5Ni-0.5Zr wires rolled by continuous rolling mill are superior to that rolled by open-train mill and the mechanical properties are stable,and can completely meet the standards(R m ≥635 MPa,Rp 0.2 ≥490 MPa) requirements.
