摘要
针对Ti60高温钛合金在熔炼上的技术难点,通过选择合适的中间合金,并控制最佳熔化工艺,采用真空自耗电弧熔炼制备了Ф710 mm大规格Ti-60合金铸锭。铸锭表面质量良好,没有夹杂和冷隔等冶金缺陷。其组分中各种合金元素和杂质元素在轴向上分布均匀。研究了Mo、Nb、Ta、C等高熔点合金元素以及低熔点合金元素Sn的添加方式和熔炼工艺参数对该合金铸锭成分均匀性的影响。由该铸锭加工的棒材和环材,经航空部门检验及复验,均达到相应的技术指标要求。
According to the technical difficulties of melting in Ti60 titanium alloy ingots by high temperature,large-size Ф710mm Ti-60 ingots were prepared by VAR through selecting the appropriate master alloys and controlling the best melting process.The surface quality of ingots was good and it had no inclusion and metallurgical defects such as cold shut.The distribution of various alloying elements and impurity elements were well-distributed in the axial direction.It researched on the adding methods of high melting point alloying elements like Mo,Nb,Ta,C and low melting point alloying elements like Sn and the effect of smelting process parameters on the composition uniformity of alloy ingots.The bars and rings processed by the ingots met technical requirements through the test and retest by the aviation sector.
