摘要
本文研究了不同轧制温度对医用Ti-6Al-4V热轧板材显微组织和性能的影响。选取940℃、850℃、800℃三个轧制温度,并分别在三个制度下的板材上取样,然后用相同的热处理温度进行热处理,从而得出不同轧制温度下的组织和性能,通过分析比较,生产更优异的热轧板材,满足市场对Ti-6Al-4V医用板材的需求。
This article investigates the effect of different hot rolling temperatures on the microstructure and properties of medical Ti-6Al-4V hot rolled plates.The plates at three different hot rolling temperatures(940℃ 、850℃ 、800℃) were sampled respectively,and then heat-treated at the same temperature.The microstructure and propertie of these plates were investigated.Through comparative analysis,hot rolled plates with superior quality,which satisfy the needs of medical Ti-6Al-4V market are produced.
