摘要
在新型热连轧设备上,采用不同热连轧工艺轧制Ti-6Al-1.5Cr-2.5Mo-0.5Fe-0.3Si合金棒材,研究轧制温度对合金棒材组织、性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用Ф150mm坯料,轧制温度控制在Tβ-30~90℃时,轧制的棒材组织、性能优异,达到了航空发动机压气机叶片用Ti-6Al-1.5Cr-2.5Mo-0.5Fe-0.3Si合金棒材的要求。
Ti-6Al-1. 5Cr-2. 5Mo-0. 5Fe-0. 3Si alloy bars were produced by the new hot continuous rolling mill with different hot rolling technologies. The effect of rolling temperature on the microstructure and properties was studied. The results show that the microstructure and properties of the alloy bars are excellent when Φ150 mm bars are rolled at a temperature of between β transus 30℃ and β transus 90℃. The alloy bars can fulfill the working requirements of blades in aero-engine compressor.
