模拟技术在钛合金热加工中的应用与前景 被引量:2

Applications and foreground of simulation technique in hot-working process of titanium alloys

摘要 综述了模拟技术及其在钛合金热加工领域的应用现状。重点介绍了热模拟技术和数值模拟技术在钛合金热变形机制,如流动应力模型即流动应力与变形工艺参数(温度、应变速率)关系、热加工图、缺陷成因分析、损伤行为预测、宏观变量(温度场、应力场、应变场、金属流动规律、载荷)分布等方面的应用研究,同时介绍了钛合金微观组织数值模拟的研究现状。最后指出了目前钛合金热加工模拟中有待解决的问题及发展趋势。 The simulation technique and its application status in the field of hot-working of titanium alloys were reviewed.And the research and application of thermal simulation and numerical simulation,such as flow stress model,namely the relationship between flow stress and technological parameters( temperature and strain rate),hot-working maps,analysis of defect origin,prediction of damage behavior,distribution of macroscopic variables( thermal field,stress field,strain field,law of metal flow and load) were emphatically introduced. Meanwhile,the current situation of research on the numerical simulation of microstructure of titanium alloy was also introduced. Finally,problems which should be solved during the hot-working simulation of titanium alloys and its development perspective were pointed out.
