模料对钛精铸件尺寸稳定性的影响

Influences of pattern materials on dimension stability of titanium investment casting

随着钛精铸技术的发展,钛精铸件向大、精、薄、强的方向发展。钛熔模铸件的"精"主要是要提高铸件的线性尺寸公差和铸件的形位公差精度。在批量生产中,铸件尺寸稳定性就显得也相当重要。本文通过实验两种不同性能的模料对钛精铸件尺寸准确度和稳定性的影响,提出了生产具有较高尺寸稳定性的钛精铸件时,应考虑模料性能的建议。

With the development of titanium investment casting technique,titanium investment castings develop into large,precision,thin-walled and strengthened ones. The precision mainly means to increase the linear dimension tolerance and the precispon of form-position tolerance. In bulk production,it is important to ensure the dimension stability of the casting. The influences of two different pattern materials on dimension stability and precision are studied in the experiment. And in order to produce titanium investment castings with high dimension stability,the performance of pattern materials should be taken into consideration.
