摘要
CaF_2-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO五元渣系在连铸保护渣、电渣重熔、有色冶金等高温熔炼过程有着广泛的应用。本文利用RTW-10熔体物性测定仪,通过五因素四水平正交试验设计法,得出CaF_2-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO渣系的粘度随温度的变化数据及各成分对粘度性能的影响规律,从而为电渣冶金的实际应用过程提供理论依据。
CaF_2-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO slag system was widely used at continuous casting mold flux,electro-slag remelting and non-ferrous metallurgy. By using RWT-10 test instrument for the physical properties of melt,orthogonal experiment of five factors and four levels was adopted to obtain the viscosity data of CaF_2-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO slag system under different temperatures and the disciplines of the influence of slag compositions on viscosity properties,which provided theoretical basis for electro-slag metallurgy in practice.
