摘要
以厚度1.0 mm TC4板材为坯料,采用550轧机片式轧制与二十辊轧机带式轧制相结合或二十辊轧机直接带式轧制两种方式,生产出了厚度为0.1 mm的TC4钛合金箔材。结果表明:TC4箔材带式生产轧程加工率最大可达40%以上,产品不仅尺寸稳定、表面质量好、组织性能稳定,而且生产效率高、成材率高,可以进行TC4箔材批量化生产。
Using TC4 sheets with the thickness of 1. 0mm as the blank,0. 1mm thick foils were produced by two methods.One was to use combination of sheet rolling with 550 mm mill and strip rolling with 20-rollers mill,the other one was to use direct strip rolling with 20-rollers mill. The results showed that regulation processing rate could be up to 40% or more in the production of TC4 foils. The produced foils were with high dimensional accuracy,good surface quality,stable microstructure and properties,high production efficiency and yield,which can be used for mass production of TC4 foils.
