纯镍板材表面污染层厚度的影响因素

Study on influencing factors of thickness of contamination layer on nickel plates surface

摘要 本文针对箱式电阻炉、天然气炉和煤气炉等加热设备及不同加热温度对纯镍板材表面污染层厚度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,纯镍板材在三种不同的加热设备中加热至1,000℃,保温6 h后空冷,煤气炉加热的表面污染层厚度值最大,箱式电阻炉次之,燃气炉最小;在箱式电阻炉里加热,纯镍板材的表面污染层厚度随着加热温度的升高逐渐增加。 Influencing factors of chamber electric furnace,natural gas furnace,gas furnace and the different temperatures on the thickness of contamination layer of pure nickel plates were studied,the The results showed that after annealing at 1,000 ℃for 6 h in the three furnaces and air cooling,the thickness of surface contamination layer of nickel plates reached to thickest in the gas furnace,followed by that in the chamber electric furnace,and that in the natural gas furnace. When the pure nickel plates were heated in the chamber electric furnace,the thickness of surface contamination layer increased with the increase of heating temperature.
