轧制工艺对Ti-62A钛合金厚板组织及性能的影响

Effect of crossing rolling on microstructure and mechanical property of Ti-62A plates

摘要 本文通过两种工艺轧制Ti-62A钛合金厚板,并对比组织及性能。结果表明:两种工艺,分别获得等轴组织和网篮组织,并对两种组织对应的性能进行了比较,以期为该合金板材生产提供参考。 This thesis introduced two sorts of cross rolling on Ti-62 A plates,and compared microstructure and mechanical property. The results were as follow: when applying two sorts of cross rolling,the equiaxed structure and basket-weave microstructure were obtained respectively. Then,the two mechanical properties of the two microstructures were compared. The results can be provided as a reference for the manufacture of Ti-62 A plates.
